|Homework: Write about how your first week of meditation went. A couple of sentences will work. You might mention the breathing pattern you used, how long you did it, if anything happened, and any experiences you may have had. Don’t get any more personal than you’re comfortable being, and only let write down what you’re comfortable with. See below for a real example of one of the author’s meditation journal entries. Also, continue visiting the spot that helps keep you connected to Nature. You might make notes in your Dedicant Notebook about what you see, or if there are animals that appear often or plants that strike you as intriguing or odd.|
The homework for this week is to begin our meditation and mental training. I already did many meditations in the past, but I need more practice. This requirement will really help me to develop the good habit to perform meditations more often in my life. My Meditation Journal can be found on the top of this blog. Every week I’ll update my Meditation Journal for at least 23 weeks with a minimum of one meditation exercise every week. I try to do a meditation on every two days. I have a good feeling that I could get a new job soon, and I think I’ll have more time to relax, and to explore different ways to improve my capacity to focus during meditation. My main goal is to reach a level where I could open my third-eye, be able to have an out-of-body experience (OBE) and also be able to do astral travels.
Currently, I’m mainly doing audio guided meditations but I want to try meditation using only music, binaural beats or complete silence. I also plan to try meditation during walking, physical exercise or swimming and try Chakras and Mandala relaxation exercises.
